For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

loby89 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The loby89 Platform supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on loby89 is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your loby89 Balance within minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank's clearing schedule.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• loby89 does not charge a deposit fee. Any bank transfer charges imposed by your financial institution are separate and are your own responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your verified loby89 Account.
• loby89 targets withdrawal processing within 1–3 business hours for verified Accounts during WIB banking hours. Requests submitted outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may be subject to additional processing time.
• loby89 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or the Account's activity pattern is unusual.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the loby89 Operator's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• loby89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — however caused and on any theory of liability, even if loby89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• loby89 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which loby89 accepts no liability beyond restoration of any Real Money Funds directly affected.
• loby89 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may be applicable to winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform.

Either party may terminate the Player's Account and the agreement formed by these Terms & Conditions at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may close your loby89 Account at any time by contacting loby89 support. Any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of applicable pending Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Platform-initiated closure: loby89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where the Account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused promotional offers, or where continued operation of the Account would expose the Platform to legal or regulatory risk.
• Effect of termination: Upon Account closure, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned subject to the Platform's verification procedures and any applicable withholdings.
